任职资格：
一、工作内容
1.负责公司年度质量目标拟定及达成检讨；
2.负责处理客户投诉并提出因质量问题所需的纠正/预防措施，并跟进直至问题关闭；
3.负责公司品质问题判定，分析原因，并主导调查并跟踪；
4.负责培训公司内所有与产品质量相关的培训；
5.负责对公司内所有的产品质量管控环节进行完善的记录并及时存档，以便追溯；
6.全面负责品质部内部工作流程的制定及优化，内部人员工作安排及考核；
7.有质量成本意识，每月汇总并向上级汇报本部门的工作；
8.领导交代的其他工作。
二、任职资格
1.男女不限，年龄30以上，本科以上学历，理工专业优先；
2.有8年以上品质部门主管职务的管理经验，日、韩企业工作经验者优先；
3.熟悉ISO9001、TS16949体系的运用和管理，熟练运用QC七大手法；
4.对产品，依据不同节点进行有效控制和跟踪，异常的统计分析及后续改善，并形成有效记录文件；
5.具备良好沟通能力和领导能力，有较强的执行力及良好心理素质，能承担较强工作压力；
6.有同行业管理经验者优先。
